Located in the heart of the Central Coast's premier AVA, Velocissimo Vineyards is dedicated to bringing together European traditions and American practices. We strive to take the best that Paso Robles has to offer and bring it to fruition. Our 2.5 acres of vineyards offer Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Zinfandel. We specialize in classical Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre blends. For the purists, we offer a both 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel wines.
